Lincoln Center’s marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Performance Marketing Coordinator. He or she would be working with the team responsible for planning, creating campaign elements, and executing marketing across all channels for Lincoln Center’s programs, including Great Performers, White Light Festival, American Songbook, Midsummer Night Swing, Lincoln Center Festival, Lincoln Center Out of Doors, Live From Lincoln Center, programming in the David Rubenstein Atrium, and more.

The Performance Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone interested in marketing with a focus on the arts. He or she would report to the Director of Performance Marketing and supports the marketing team.


• Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested
• Act as a liaison between marketing and production/trafficking departments
• Carry out administrative duties such as coding invoices, coordinating on-campus signage, and organizing past marketing materials
• Assist with artist research for marketing materials
• Support the Manager, Performance Marketing with digital advertising and analytics projects on an as-needed basis
• Coordinate the distribution of collateral marketing materials
• Submit insertion offers to the production team
• Route/traffic marketing materials within the department
• Coordinate weekly marketing reporting
• Support Director of Performance Marketing in ad agency communications and fulfillment
• Set marketing plan deadlines and communicate with outside partners including venues
• Work with the Lincoln Center Student Advisory Council


• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to seamlessly adapt to various work styles and personalities
• Proven self-starter who is driven to find easier and more efficient ways to get things done
• Proactive and creative problem solver
• Calm under pressure but can act with a sense of urgency when applicable
• Feels no job is too small—understands that every tasks counts at a non profit organization and fits into the bigger picture
• Interest in the performing arts strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Innately curious and eager to learn and grow in the marketing field
• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work nights and weeknights (when requested in advance) at performances
